BIC offers unique setting for winter night’s workout Tuesday in Batelco Fitness on Track
Fans are invited to stay active this chilly winter season with Bahrain International Circuit’s (BIC) Batelco Fitness on Track, taking place Tuesday (14 January) night at the ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East’.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to enjoy a mid-week workout within the safe and unique venue of a world-class Formula 1 host facility.
Batelco Fitness on Track can be done either on foot or on a bicycle, and either individually or with a group of friends and family.
Tuesday’s activity is scheduled for 6pm to 10pm in the cool winter evening under BIC’s bright floodlights. To secure a spot, bookings can be done on BIC’s official website bahraingp.com or by calling the BIC Hotline on +973-17450000.
Runners and walkers will be utilising the circuit’s 2.55-kilometre Inner Track, while cyclists will get to ride their bikes along the 3.543-kilometre Outer Track, with another dedicated area for children’s cycling.
The cost to take part is BD2 for cyclists and BD1 for runners. Payment must be made upon booking. Children under the age of 12 can participate for free if accompanied by a paying adult.
BIC’s Batelco Fitness on Track Season Pass is also still available. This is ideal for regular participants as it grants access to all Batelco Fitness on Track events throughout the season, at the affordable price of just BD15. The pass is thus a great way to save money, with Batelco Fitness on Track still to be held multiple times each month until April. Season Passes can be purchased by contacting the BIC Hotline.
